My cat has a lump in her nose. What could it be and why is she sneezing?

Why we are having to pay money already and we just got her sept 9th there is some little ball up in her nasal cavity like a infection ball possibly .The vet said it only showed up from the side view X-ray :( not the front view yesterday even tho they cut a few cost but it stil a lot I expected my cat to be healthy when we got her :( any advice What is that ball all about ? since treatment she sneezing is better. I have no pet insurance yet and I'm in college I didn't expect to be paying a lot. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

Without seeing the x-ray and examining your cat, it is difficult to know the exact cause. She could have an infection or possibly a polyp. I am assuming your vet prescribed an antibiotic and, hopefully, she will start to improve within a few days. If not, call your vet and give him/her an update as your vet may need to adjust her treatment.
