Thanks for visiting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. These are not symptoms of worms. Intestinal parasites (worms) usually cause a bloated belly, loose stool and sometimes increased appetite. IHowever most puppies are dewormed regularly (at least twice) because worms are so commonly contracted by the mother dog. We typically use Pyrantel palmoate or Fenbendazole to dewormer puppies. However I would recommend a fecal test through the vet first to check for parasites as well. Pets can also eat their own poop because they simply like the way it tastes or it can be a sign of malnourishment. Make sure you are feeding this puppy an appropriate puppy starter food (typically canned). At this age Bruno shouldn't still be drinking puppy milk, but instead should be in solid food. I hope this helps. Best wishes and take care.
