My cat has a spot about 2/3 of a dollar. No scabs, and blue size quarter line in the area. Do you know what it could be?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is hard to tell from the picture but it looks like he has a skin infection. I recommend taking him to a vet for a exam. He likely needs antibiotics and something to relieve the itch. Good luck and kisses to Patrick!
