Hi and thanks for your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry Rocky is having such a hard time. It is very hard to say what is going on with Rocky without examining him first. However, crying when trying to move is a serious sign of pain and obvious discomfort. Joint pain from arthritis, abdominal pain, a fracture of the limb could be the source of the pain, although it is hard to say sigh unseen. My best advice for you and is to take Rocky to an emergency veterinary clinic right away so they can be assess what the cause of the pain may be and treat him quickly. I hope this helps and best of luck to you and Rocky!
