My dog has red bumps and scabs on his belly. What should I do?

I ASKED BEFORE BUT I HAVE PICS NOW MY DOG HAS ALOT OF RED BUMPS ON HIS BELLY A FEW ON CHEST AND SOME HAVE CROSTY SCABS

This looks like your dog laid in an ant or insect nest to get so many bumps on him. I recommend giving him a medicated bath, scrubbing him well to remove the loose skin and scabs. Once he is rinsed and dried off you can apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment on the open sores. Please use a restraint collar if he is scratching these bumps. If they are not going away I recommend a veterinary exam to confirm the diagnosis and get treatment. They may prescribe antibiotics and possible an antiinflammatory medication to reduce the pain and itching. This should get better in a week or two.
