My dog has a red inflamed spot under his arm. What should I do?

My dog has a red mark under his arm I'm not sure what it is but it looks inflamed could you possibly tell me what it could be

That looks like it could be a mild skin infection, irritation from a leash or harness or even the result of an insect bite. If you use a harness I'd suggest not using it for a few days to allow the skin to heal. You can apply a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment to the area. If the area is not healing in a few days you may want to bring Champ to your veterinarian. Your veterinarian can take samples from the area to make sure it isn't a more significant infection or other skin issue.
