My kitten was attacked by my older cat. How do I treat her neck wound?

My new kitten was just attacked by my older cat and now has a wound on the back of her neck. I need to know how to take care of her wound

Ideally you need to shave the hair from the edges. Either way, you can clean the area with mild soap and water and apply neosporin. It may or may not get infected depending on the kittens immune system and how deep the wound is. It is best to get it checked by a vet for antibiotics to be sure but if the kitten is eating and drinking and acting normally you can wait until monday
