Dog pooping black liquid, no energy, won't eat, and losing weight?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 85 lbs

What is wrong with my dog? She has no appetite! Hasn't eaten in 6 days! She has no energy! She is pooping pure black liquid. She smells awful!!! She has lost a lot of weight.

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about Bella. This is a medical emergency and I would advise that you seek immediate help for her. She is probably extremely dehydrated and weak and it sounds like she is bleeding internally somewhere in her upper intestinal tract. This could be a very serious gastrointestinal ulcer, foreign body, toxin ingestion, infection, etc. Your vet can get a detailed history and do a thorough exam. Once that is done they can advise some diagnostics and in the meantime start treating her. I wish you good luck with Bella and I hope everything turns out ok.
