My dog seems healthy but has solid bloody poop. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed

Hey we have a dog. Who appears completely healthy . Running around very bright and eating and drinking well. Who is passing bloody in stoils. Stools are solid. Very solid in fact with blood around the outer of poo . What could this likely be?

this may be from constipation or straining to go to the bathroom. If it was a single instance, then there is nothing to worry about, if it continues of diarrhea starts, then he needs to be checked by your vet. You can try add fiber such as green beans or canned pumpkin to help with firm stool
