Is it okay to feed different brands of wet and dry dog food?

Is it ok to feed a different brand of canned food than dry or should I stick to the same brand? Why or why not? Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old | 17 lbs

If your dog has a sensitive stomach I would stick with canned food from the same brand. The reason is that they use the same/similar ingredients and less likely to upset your dog's stomach. If your dog does NOT seem to have a sensitive stomach it doesn't really matter much. That would be my only criteria. I hope this helps. If you have more questions feel free to post again!
