My dog has red chin spots and licks medicine. Is it her plastic bowl?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 30 lbs

My dog has redness or say dark pinkish spots on his chin , it was lighter yesterday ...I used clibetasol propionate , iflxacin , miconazole nitrate and zinc sulphate lotion of intas company. But she licks it.. I feed her in plastic container... Plzzzz help...should I use the shampoo(photo attached) with warm water for bath...or use Neem and Tulsi water instead.. alot hair loss but no patches is seen

that is a very good medicated shampoo that is safe to use and work well for redness and hair loss. Unfortunately that spot is very hard to treat with topical because she will be able to lick it off and no medicine is likely to stay. Your best bet is to keep the area clean and change her to glass or stainless steel bowls. If it does not start to dry up and get a scab then I would have your vet check the area to see if oral medications are needed
