My Western Highland Terrier (just turned nine) has been throwing up all day. He refuses to eat anything, not even rice. He shakes even when he is in a blanket. And he walks slowly with his tail tucked between his legs. Normally when someone arrives at the house, he will jump on them and way his tail, but today he didnt didn't even look to see. His ears are mainly all the time down now, he doesn't want to go outside much. He won't even eat out of my hand anymore. What should we Do? What is wrong

Until you can get him seen try offering small amounts of liquids including non-flavored Pedialyte and small amounts of Ensure to offer some nutritional support.
