My dog is trembling, panting, short breaths, lethargic, won't eat. Help!

My dog about 2 hours ago I noticed is trembling , panting , taking short breaths and is lethargic. It has not stopped and I am very worried . She has drank water but have not seen her eat food today.

It sounds like she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Without an examination, if is impossible to know the cause. She could have an infection, pancreatitis, heart/lung problem, endocrine disease, back/neck pain, etc. Your vet can do a complete physical examination, run lab-work, and take x-rays, if needed, to help diagnose. Please call your vet and have her seen so treatment can be started as soon as possible. Hope she feels better soon!
