My dog is sleeping a lot , has diarrhea , not eating … He is a small Chihuahua . Could the dog be depressed because his owner died a few months ago? He also vomited last night . Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
