Diarrhea in dogs can be caused by GI illness, intestinal parasites, a foreign body, diet, or eating something rotten. Eggs are not a complete and balanced diet for a dog, and I would recommend feeding him a dry dog food instead. Make sure he is up to date on his deworming treatment, and if he's not up to date on his deworming treatments, you will need to get one from the vet. You can try a home remedy to treat the diarrhea. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in a diet of dry dog food. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
