Why is my German Shepherd having digestion issues, losing weight and hair?

hello, i have a german shepherd female dog , age- 20 months, she have a digestion problem , she go 4-5 times a day and she have lost lot of weight now is is 18 kg.she is also loosing hair..she always hungry for food. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 1 year and 9 months old | 40 lbs

It sounds like your dog has a serious gastrointestinal problem, possibly IBD or food intollerance. You need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get her checked, she will surely need a blood test and possibly and ultrasound as well in order to get to the bottom of this.
