Why is my Pomeranian peeing so frequently? Is it a health concern?

Is it normal for my pom to be peeing like every 5 or 10 mins or like consecutuvely?

No, this doesn't sound normal. Frequent urination like this is often a sign of a urinary problem such as a UTI or bladder stones. I would recommend having Lobo examined by a vet as soon as you are able to - he/she can do a urinalysis to check for evidence of infection or any other abnormalities and get him started on appropriate medication to treat the problem.
