My cat's chin looks red and feels bumpy. My other cats don't seem to have it. What could it be?

It sounds like Snorlax could have some feline acne. This occurs when the hair follicles become plugged with sebum (a greasy material). I would take her into the vet for an exam. The vet can do a physical exam, and see visually if she does have feline acne. If she does have feline acne, the vet will clean the area with an antiseptic cleaner, and will need treatment with antibiotics and topical cleaners.
