Why does my Boxer suddenly have bumps and scratching? Is it allergies?

All of a sudden there are bumps on my boxer. He seems to be scratching - is this an allergy to something he ate? Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old

This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite, something he ate or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if Boost is lethargic, take him to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.
