I am sorry miming is not feeling well. Unfortunately based on the information above I cannot really tell you what is going on with Miming. I would recommend a pet coach consult so you can provide more information and get more detailed answer. An outdoor cat can get abscesses, infection, dental disease, toxins, gastric upset and other disease. I would recommend taking him to a vet to help determine why he is not acting well and can give you more guidance. Hope he feels better soon

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. With the symptoms you are describing, the cause could be from something toxic he ingested or a systemic illness / infection. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. Depending on the findings, he may or may not need hospitalization for the most appropriate care. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
