My cat has this on the right to his stomach and I wanted to know what exactly is it ,when I've touched it's quite stretchable as far as I'm aware, Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

Unlike female dogs, they do not possess a reproductive function, so they don't generally secrete — and if they do, you should consult a vet, just to make sure everything's okay.
