My dog has blood coming from his penis. Is this an emergency?

High Ive just noticed that my 2 year old springer has blood all up his belly that has discharged from his penius I have rang the emergency vets and they don't seem interested as i don't have the money for the out of hours consultation fee

Hi and thank you for your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry to hear about Dylan! This much blood coming from his penis is a serious concern and needs to be address right away at a veterinary hospital. Possibilities could include a severe urinary tract infection, urinary stones, or prostatic cancer. There are no home remedies unfortunately for what Dylan is experiencing. Some hospitals offer Care Credit which is like a line of credit for veterinary services. You may have to apply to it but if approved, it can help to manage the costs of treatment.
