Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 8 years and 5 months old | 13.5 lbs

my dog isn't eating, she's vomiting, has some diarrhea, and lots of changes in behavior. she is having a slight difficulty breathing and total behavior changes, she just hid into a corner that she's never been in before, and when we took her to a vet they said everything seemed fine. what's wrong with her?

It sounds as Missy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her back to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
