My puppy has 2 spots on top of his head 1 is white and I is like a scab. What can I use to treat them and what are they? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 21 days old | 4 lbs

He could have a bacterial infection, demodex (mite), or possibly ringworm. You could bathe him with a medicated puppy shampoo and see if that helps. Otherwise, he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. Your vet can do a skin scrape, culture, and cytology, if needed, to help diagnose and then prescribe medications to treat.
