My dog has liquid poop and barely pees. What could be wrong?

For the last couple weeks my dog hasn't been able to poop or pee normally it just comes out liquidity when he poops but when he pees it comes out just a little. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 35 lbs

This is very concerning and may be related to a pelvic obstruction such as with prostate disease or nerve dysfunction. Please have him assessed by your vet urgently, ultrasound or xrays may be required
