My dog has some weird scrap thing on his skin

This looks like a little pustule that has formed a crust. It can be from an infection with bacteria, an allergy, an insect bite, a small wound. If there is only one lesion I would wash it with a mild soap and apply an antibiotic ointment a few times a day. If more lesions develop or this one gets larger in size, this would be a reason to seek veterinary care.
