Hello! Thank you for submitting your question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am happy to help answer. Diarrhea and vomiting could be caused by a variety of problems. Intestinal parasites, a bacterial or viral infection may be at play especially in younger dogs. My best advice is to have your veterinarian take fecal sample and performa fecal test on Paris to check for bacteria and parasites in the stool. You vet can then give Paris the correct and effective medication. If he has vomited today, refrain from giving food for a few hours and then feed a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice until you can visit your veterinarian. I hope this helps!
