Cat vomiting bile, tired, won't eat. Is it a hairball or vet visit?

My cat is vomiting up bile and some food and is very tired won't eat or drink thought it was maybe just a stuck hair ball not sure if she is sick or just a hair ball what should I do should I take her to the vet or just wait to see if it passes. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 15 lbs
