The presence of inappetence and lethargy suggest the fact that this vomiting episode is not only dietary related or related to hair ball but is due to a more systemic/widespread disease (infection?) or a more severe medical problem (pancreatitis?) and would require an immediate check up at your local veterinary clinic and treatment.
