Hi I was just wondering if you could give me some advice on what's wrong with my kitten. At first it was just this one with a poorly eye but this morning all 3 of them have it.

This is most likely an infection that is contagious since all of the kittens have it. I would suspect it could be a herpes virus as this is very common in cats and is highly contagious. Herpes virus in cats commonly causes discharge, swelling and squinting. It can cause ulcers in the cornea as well. Due to the amount of discharge that is present and the risk of corneal ulcers, I would recommend taking them to a veterinarian as soon as you can. Until then, you can use a wet warm wash cloth to gently clean around the eyes.
