Is my dog's neuter incision healing normally 10 days after surgery?

Hello I had my dog neutered about 10 days ago and this is how he is healing. It looks different from my other 2 dogs that were neutered and I just wanted to know if it was normal. He is mixed chihuahua, 10 lbs, and about 7 years old.

This incision appears to be nearly healed, but there also seems to some infection at the incision line and the circular area next to it. If he has been licking the area, you should prevent that by having him wear an Elizabethan collar. I would suggest that you have the veterinarian recheck the area as he may need some prescription antibiotics.
