Hello! Dogs dreaming is very common. You will often see their eyes twitching, or their legs 'running' or twitching. As long as the twitching stops when Mayor is awake then this is fine and normal. They have very active little minds and are busy chasing and playing in their sleep. Have fun with Mayor!
