My kitten is around 3 months old and has had diarrhea for 2 days. I know she got into some tuna and also we think she may have eaten part of a chocolate muffin but not for sure or how much she may have eaten. She also hasnt been using the litter box when she has her diarrhea. What can I do to help her?

I am sorry Mila is not feeling well! I would recommend taking her to the vet due to how young and small she is. Young kittens can have diarrhea due to parasites, infection, indigestion or even toxins (like chocolate). I do get concerned about dehydration in such a small patient. It is best for her to see the vet and determine the cause of the diarrhea. If she did get a hold of chocolate this could be causing severe gastrointestinal upset and need supportive care to recover. Usually once the diarrhea resolves cats will go back to using the litter box. Hope Mila makes a speedy recovery
