Hello my 4 year old lab has a pinkish fluid filled lump on her chest/under belly area, she's had it for a few month but recently looks a little larger, it's not painful to touch but I am not sure what it is, any idea?

I would have your vet examine Lexi as a mass cannot be identified just by looking at it. They will get a sample using a needle and have it analyzed to determine if it is benign or malignant. It may need surgical removal, but if it's fluid filled it may be a cyst which are typically benign.
