My dog's eyes are cloudy, tearing, and have discharge. What's wrong?

My doggy was sick with his liver not to long ago he got better he is eat normally but now his eyes tear a lot And everytime he looks up he's closes his eyes, I thought he was being funny but I took a look at his eyes they look cloudy almost white/ blueish and discharge, Im going to take him to the vet tomorrow but I would like to have An idea of what could that be I am so worry. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 4 lbs

This sounds like a severe eye condition, it could be due to an infection or due to a chronic eye disease such as glaucoma, cataract or uveitis. it's urgent to get it treated so please take Rocky to the vet ASAP.
