My dog's eyes are cloudy, tearing, and have discharge. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 4 lbs

My doggy was sick with his liver not to long ago he got better he is eat normally but now his eyes tear a lot And everytime he looks up he's closes his eyes, I thought he was being funny but I took a look at his eyes they look cloudy almost white/ blueish and discharge, Im going to take him to the vet tomorrow but I would like to have An idea of what could that be I am so worry

This sounds like a severe eye condition, it could be due to an infection or due to a chronic eye disease such as glaucoma, cataract or uveitis. it's urgent to get it treated so please take Rocky to the vet ASAP.
