Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 months and 17 days old | 1.5 lbs
I'm fostering a 5 month old female kitten. She is very underweight and has fur loss. I have had her for 5days. She came with kitten kibble and kitten pate moist food. Today I gave her ocean whitefish. She has had turkey until today. She won't eat the kibble, even when I moisten it. Problem: she has had two large liquid stools and had vomited clear moucus twice. Right now she hasn't eaten in 6hrs. Are we in trouble? What should I do?

I would take your kitten to the vet. She may have intestinal parasites, coccidia, giardia, or a more serious infection such as FeLV or FIP. They will likely want to check a stool sample and test her for FeLV and FIV and will recommend a dewormer for her as well. Good luck!
