How do I train Nova to sleep with me on bed, she currently sleeps in crate and that is only place where she would sleep. I respect her decision to sleep in crate but I would love if she sleeps with me too. Whenever I take to bed with me she will either walk away and play or play on bed but won't sleep. I always thought that dogs love to sleep on bed

Dogs have different personalities and preferences, just like people do. I would continue to invite her up onto the bed, maybe playing with her before to tire her out, and pet her gently to give her the idea that it's time to sleep. If she chooses to get down I wouldn't worry about it too much, but as long as she knows she's welcome on the bed, she may surprise you at some point by choosing the bed over her crate. Pushing the issue make make her uncomfortable with getting up there so always make it inviting and a happy place to be.
