My 12-week puppy has spots on her skin. Is it mites or garden related?

Hi, I have a 12 week old puppy and also a 2 year old dog. My puppy has come up with spots over her on her legs sides and back mainly. I thought at first it might be from my older dog from his nibbles during playing fighting and Nik long but I'm not so sure it is now. It has appeared after she has been allowed in the garden and many other animals pass through e.g hedgehogs and rabbits so not sure if it could be mite or lice although I can not see any thing on her. I have just applied a friponil s. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | unspayed

It's a little difficult to tell from the picture but the things you listed are all good ideas. If the areas are small and not overly irritated, I would consider giving a gentle bath and keeping an eye on it. If it seems to progress, it may be a good idea to have it checked out and consider switching to a flea control that covers more parasites including mites.
