i bought a german shepherd female puppy she was playfull and healthy for the first couple of days and she took all her vaccine shots and moved to our 2nd home for 2 days she was fine then but after a 4 hour trip in our car with air conditionar on she returned a bit dizzy and wont move alot and wont eat either. then it got worse with her the other day she didnt move and just sat ther and didnt eat and had diarrhea i went to the vet she told me that she have a commun cold with diarrhiea and sh-. I would be concerned that the diarrhea could be caused by intestinal parasites, a viral infection like distemper or parvo, or even a change in diet. The fact that she is so lethargic and won't eat concerns me. I would talk to your vet about doing a fecal, blood work and a parvo test if available. You vet should be able to give her some fluids to help rehydrate her if needed and some medications to help the diarrhea. I would offer her some plain boiled chicken (no bones) and white rice to see if she is willing to eat that and maybe it will settle her tummy. I hope this helps.
