My cat has a oozing bald spot on his neck. It started looking like a sore now it is a smooth oozing sore

Hello there! I'm sorry to hear about Curious' neck. It sounds like this might be a ruptured abscess. The best thing you can do is keep it clean and bring him to the vet as soon as you can for treatment. Depending on its size, they may need to sedate him to clean and close the wound.
