Hello there! I'm sorry to hear about Curious' neck. It sounds like this might be a ruptured abscess. The best thing you can do is keep it clean and bring him to the vet as soon as you can for treatment. Depending on its size, they may need to sedate him to clean and close the wound. He will also likely be given antibiotics. It's important that a veterinarian evaluates the wound soon as it is likely painful, and infection may spread. Good luck, and I hope Curious gets well soon!
