My 2-year-old rescue cat bites. How do I stop his aggression?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

I have a 2 yr old cat that bites and sometimes can be aggressive. Looking for ways to stop him from doing that. He was a rescue and lived on the streets for his early months.

If Zamboni is not neutered that may help with his aggression somewhat. Aggression in cats can be difficult as they may redirect their aggression from what is truly stressing them into something (someone) else. I would recomend Feliway diffusers throughout his area and assess his relationship with any other pets or people in the house. If it continues a vet exam to assess for pain may be helpful and sometimes medications can help. Good luck.
