Why is my puppy's stomach swollen, hard, painful, and she can't poop?

My puppy's stomach has swollen/distended/solidified and can't poo. she's constantly whining in pain and is only eating a little bit of her food. Can i please have some ideas as to what could be wrong. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

It sounds like she could have a large load of intestinal parasites, a blockage, or severe constipation. I would see your vet for an exam since she is so small. She can easily become dehydrated or sicker if not address. Your vet will be able to do a fecal and possible X-rays if needed. I hope this helps!
