When my 9 week old puppy goes the bathroom, it starts out normal and then gets runny at the end. She did have roundworms and is going through deworming, not sure if this could be related to that.

Roundworms can cause some mild diarrhea, and it can take several days for the stool to go back to normal after treatment. Some puppies also tend to have softer stool at times, and as long as it is not consistently watery it may not be a concern. I would recommend finishing the deworming protocol and contacting your veterinarian if Nittany's stool is consistently watery or if you see blood or mucous.
