She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 8 hours then offer Emma boiled boneless chicken and rice every 4-6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. if the diarrhea does not resolve, take Emma to the vet to get treatment.

Hello and thank you for posting your question! Emma is very cute! It sounds like maybe the grass could be causing the runny stool. This may be causing a bit of a dietary indiscretion. I would not rule out intestinal parasites until a stool sample is tested at your vet clinic though. I would get her stool checked for parasites and then if she is negative, start a bland diet of chicken and rice and add a probiotic such as Fortiflora and see if this helps. Of course, trying to deter her from eating the grass may help as well. I've had some clients be successful in stopping their pets from eating grass by applying some bitter apple to an area where the pet eats grass from. You can pick up bitter apple from most pet stores and online. I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have!
