My 9week old puppy has excessive watery diarrhea for ~24 hours and vomit once, but has retained all her energy, happy to eat and play, and is not showing any sort of discomfort. What could be the possible causes and should I be heavily concerned?

It is always concerning when a puppy has both diarrhea and vomiting, but it is good she is her normal energetic self and is eating. She could have intestinal worms, which would cause her to both vomit and have diarrhea. She could also have a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have a foreign body. When a young puppy has both of these symptoms, it's important to have them seen by a vet to get the cause of the vomiting and diarrhea diagnosed so they can be treated. I would bring Navi into a vet today for a health check. I hope this helps!
