Kittens need to be stimulated to poop: take a warm washcloth and gently rub her anal opening and she should defecate. Kittens who are bottle fed formula will sometimes become constipated, so if she goes another 24 hours without defecating you should see a veterinarian to see if she may be constipated. Kittens typically defecate after each feeding. Here is a link to some good information on raising orphan kittens: http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?A=576

You should be massaging their anus and urinary office after every feeding to get Runty to urinate and defecate. Use a cotton ball or Kleenex moistened with warm water to do this. He may not passes feces or urine after every meal, but if there are multiple feeds where he isn't passing anything, I would take him into a vet immediately to get help doing this. Once Runty is three weeks old, he should pass feces and urine without help.
