My dog has slimy diarrhea, is vomiting, but still active. Vet needed?

My dog throws up frequently but has had slimey diarrhea today. No change in eating or drinking still active as usual. Should I take her to the vet or what do you recommend. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 44.5 lbs

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Yes I would definitely take her to the vet and I would recommend you bring the most recent fecal sample in along with you too. It would be a bacterial issue, parasitic or inflammatory digestive issue. Potentially a diet related problem so best to talk with your vet and they check Jada out and run some initial tests.
