What are these small pus-filled scab-like bumps on my dog's skin?

Brownie has some pus filled scab looking bumps on his skin. They aren't very big, about 1/2 a centimeter. What are they? He also has thick hair if that helps in any way. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 1 month old | 102 lbs

He could have a bacterial skin infection. You could bathe him with an antibacterial medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. If not, he should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can prescribe an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to help teat.
