My pet is weak, crying, and acting strange. Should I see a vet?

My pet is acting unusual . That is becoming weak day by day. And he is crying more. Is there something wrong with him??? Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | 2 lbs

If he is getting weaker, it does sound like there is something going on. You didn't list an age, but if he is 2 pounds I will assume he is a kitten. If that is the case, I would worry about intestinal parasites or a bacterial or viral infection. If he is older, the above conditions but also organ disease, urinary tract infection or blockage, heart disease...the list is long. I recommend you see a vet right away where they can discuss running blood work and x-rays to find out why Tom isn't feeling well. Good luck and kisses to Tom!
