My puppy has blood on a tooth. Should I worry if it's a baby tooth?

Spica has blood con her tooth and I don't why, I was wondering that maybe her tooth is going to fall out but I don't really know. Is it something to worry about?

This appears to be an adult tooth which has just recently erupted and pushed out a baby tooth - a normal and healthy development in a 6month old puppy. Compare the new, short, blunt tooth to the small, pointy baby tooth on the opposite side
