My dog is vomiting, drooling, pacing, and eating grass. What's wrong?

My dog started to bite at the air, then starts to pace, excessive drooling, warm, dry nose, licking everything, pulling at his hair, vomiting and eating grass when I just left him out. Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Male | 52 lbs

It sounds like your dog is very nauseous. It may just be a tummy upset such as gastritis, you can try starving him for 12 hours then feeding chicken and rice. However, if the vomitong persists I would head to the vet in case it is due to a more serious cause.
